The girls have been thoroughly enjoying the rain for the past two weeks. Technically we’re still in the dry season, but mother nature seems to be unaware of that fact. In such a short period of time, the colors are shifting and the girls are foraging for all of the new leaves and shoots that have already grown.
This morning we had an early downpour. Most storms are in the afternoon, which cools the day nicely. Not yesterday. Every sanctuary creature began their day super saturated, although Guida did a better job than Maia at avoiding the rain drops. ?
