Your Important Role as a Pathfinder

We’re building a devoted human herd to help us, month after month, offer captive elephants hope and healing at sanctuary.

By becoming a monthly donor, you are joining a group of our most treasured friends and family, who provide an ongoing, dependable source of income to save elephants. Your monthly gift is easy to budget and will be automatically charged to your designated account every month until you cancel at any time.

Your gift will help support Maia, Rana, Mara, Bambi, Guillermina, Baby, Sandro, and the other elephants yet to come. Your generosity will provide their care.

Together we can restore hope for captive elephants in South America. And it starts with you.

Questions

Once I’ve made an online gift, how can I make changes to my account (i.e. change monthly amount, change my credit card number, cancel my membership)? You can log in to your portal and adjust any of the details at any time, including stopping your payment. You can also contact us directly to make your desired change at admin@globalelephants.org or by calling (615) 435-9523. If we receive your change prior to the month’s processing deadline, we can make the change effective for that month. If not, it’ll take effect the following month.
When will I receive my thank-you gift? For new members, your digital wallpaper gifts will be emailed with your Pathfinder welcome email. Physical gifts will be sent to you after your month-two payment has been processed. I’m a Sanctuary Champion or Freedom Guardian. How do I make my selection between the tote or hat? Our team will reach out to you by email to request your selection. I’m an international Pathfinder. Am I still eligible for gifts? Yes, we do ship gifts internationally, where permitted by law.
Is my donation tax-deductible? Global Sanctuary for Elephants is a US-based, registered 501(c)3 charity. Donations to Global Sanctuary for Elephants are tax-deductible for U.S. taxpayers as permitted by law. Please keep a copy of your receipt for your tax records. Donation summaries will be sent out annually to all recurring donors for tax purposes.
