“The Powerpuff Girls” Are More Vocal

The “Powerpuff Girls,” Rana, Mara, and Bambi, are known for their periodic vocal celebrations. Sometimes there’s a definitive reason for the party, but other times only they know what the hullabaloo is about.

Our caregivers have reported hearing more and more celebratory trumpets and rumbles than they have in the recent past. Of course, there are the expected moments of vocalization like elephants reuniting with friends, or in Guillermina’s case, when she’s trying to be cute and get what she wants; but more and more there are fun mystery parties. Perhaps it has something to do with Guillermina and Maia being more present in the group. Or perhaps they are just feeling frisky now that we’ve had a little bit of rain and some greener grass. There’s no way to know – but no matter how many times we hear them making happy noises, the joy they bring never gets old.
