Today, Pupy decides to grace Scott and our team with quite a bit of time outside. Scott talks about how different Pupy’s life will be at sanctuary, and goes into some detail about what life could potentially be like when Kenya also arrives. Perhaps most importantly, Scott gives an example of how to listen to what an elephant is saying and respond appropriately. It’s so important for her to feel comfortable communicating what she needs at all times, but definitely during the transport to sanctuary.
We will be updating our webpage with developments along the way, so you can check back on Pupy’s travel page to see what’s going on with the team. And, of course, you can sign up for text message updates from the road.
P.S.: The transport staff will be proudly wearing their Project Pupy shirts on this journey—now you can too. Get your own special edition PROJECT PUPY shirt and show your support.

Help take extra special care of an elephant that is close to your heart.
