It’s Saturday morning and Scott found Bambi, Maia, and Guillermina along the fence line after breakfast. As is the norm these days, the three elephants were having a ball and making lots of vocal celebrations. But, of course, they decided to get quiet as soon as the camera was turned on. 

If you watch our videos often, you know that this isn’t out of the ordinary for the girls. (For our newer followers, the elephants will often clam up when they know they’re being filmed up close.) It’s why sometimes you hear Scott engaging with them because often if he talks back, they’ll keep going. You get a closeup of Bambi’s forehead and her nose is wandering around seeing if Scott has anything exciting for her. 

Even though he didn’t have any extra special treats with him, nothing could put a damper on the great day that these three were having. They continued to eat their snacks, all lined up together, and had a calm hangout with Scott.
