Sunday Smile: A Bite of Watermelon

Do you get the “Sunday Scaries”? We’re here to help with another Sunday Smile. Like all of the other elephants, Pupy loves watermelon. It’s a near-universal thing among elephants; we’ve almost never met one that didn’t love it. When she was working up the confidence to come out of her crate, it was one of the first things we offered her to make her feel at home. This video is for all of you who like hearing some satisfying elephant bites and crunches.

    Wow, impressive you go girl she took that whole chunk in her mouth! Crunch Crunch Crunch it’s cute to watch and hear them eat! Sooo happy Pupy is adapting as quickly as she is even her skin is looking better see what Sanctuary life brings these beautiful gentle elephants that deserve nothing but the best from us!     I can’t believe the changes in Pupy. It looks like she put on a little weight, as she was quite thin when she was travelling.
    Totally looks more content with her surroundings,
    You all are fabulous for all you do for all these beautiful beings
