Guillermina Joins Maia and Bambi

June 3, 2024

Guillermina has been spending more and more time with Maia and Bambi lately. On this particular morning, everyone was nice and light and a little chatty. Maia always seems to have something to say in the mornings. Of course, they were more rumbly before the camera came out – but that’s generally how things go.

In this video, Guille, Bambi, and Maia are walking from Yard 5 into Yard 1. Guillermina walks through first, but she’s got puppy dog energy at times, so she circles around and comes back through again. Meanwhile, Bambi and Maia are moseying in the same direction, but in a less exuberant manner. All three girls are in a positive mood, having just enjoyed breakfast, and are now looking for the perfect spot to graze for a while (though Guille may find quite a few lovely spots on her brisk walks around the habitat).

I’m so Happy Mz Guillie appears to be joining Maia and Bambis team. I think it’s a good fit as Bambi had a very playful personality for a few years after arrival at GES BRAZIL. PLUSshe suffered the loss if her mother Pocha sadly not long after arrival., as did Maia loose her life long friend Guida 1.5 yr after arriving at GES BRAZIL. GUILLIE NEEDS comfort if older ladies. I’m wondering if MARA is NOT so friendly with Guille? RANA. Would never turn away from Guillie!
