Video: The Three Ladies Snack Together

Here you can see Rana, Bambi, and Mara enjoying one of their typical afternoon snacks in the habitat. Each girl has her own pile of hay and produce in front of her. However, Bambi decides that she wants to see what Rana has in her pile (you never know – it might be better), so she stretches out her extra-long nose to scope it out. Rana is fairly used to Bambi’s tactics at this point, so she nonchalantly scoots her hay over to the side a couple of inches. Eventually, Bambi gives up and heads back to her own food. Meanwhile, you can see Mara safely eating away, unbothered.

    They are a hoot! Looks like Bambi tried to reach some of Mara’s goodies there too 😁

    I love it! The three amigas. Would love to see a thought bubble above Rana as Bambi tries to steal…. “No way girlfriend – not today you don’t!”

    gotta respect Rana’s gentle, (nonchalantly indeed!) way to move her pile closer and closer towards herself and mmmhh, yes, further and further away from Bambi.

    Hahahaha – Love how Rana ever so slightly moves her food out of Bambi’s reach…….then Bambi tries to see what Mara has. LOVE these videos. Thank you GSE!!!!

    This is so so funny!! Our Bambi is showing how mischievous she is!! Cheeky girl…..hahaha. Love her to bits!! And who would ever thought she could be so sneaky and brave trying to pinch some food from her friend!! Too sweet..:-))

    I love how at-ease, and peaceful, these three are together – even when one of them is trying to nick another girl’s food! I love them, warts and all. Happy Ele-days forever, at ESB! Thank you for posting about the goings on at the Sanctuary; it really does make my day to see them. Cheers
