The end of Bambi’s first day at sanctuary. Closeup of Bambi starting at the 1:30 minute mark.
Bambi was tired, so we packed up and headed out to give her some peace and quiet. We did go back down at 10 pm to check on her and give her some more food. As well as keeping an eye on her with the cameras throughout the night. She appeared to rest well and will hopefully be ready for a new day tomorrow. https://globalelephants.org/rescuebambi/

September 27, 2020 at 11:16 amI hope that Bambi lays down on that soft dirt and relax, that is always a sign of relaxation. And her feet, how are they doing ?
Moving ahead, day by day.
