This morning, Scott and team opened up the barn, and within just a few seconds, Sandro stepped out and began exploring his new home. There is something magical about watching an elephant make his own choices and discover the natural world around him. Too often, we place limits on them by what we believe they can or cannot do. Today, Sandro is showing us what is possible.

Help take extra special care of an elephant that is close to your heart.

September 19, 2026 at 2:35 pmHe wanted to get straight out there in to nature as fast as he could, brings tears to my eyes – joy that he’s there and sorrow he had to wait so long. 5 years ago he could have come! Every moment counts for this incredible Gent
