Our Mud Puppy Maia

Maia

Maia is our mud puppy of late. Along with refreshing the wallow in the first yard, a new wallow was dug out by the water trough in the fourth yard. You can see the pond from where it is,  sometimes the girls prefer a mud bath over a swim.

As you can see, Maia is enjoying the new wallow. She spent the majority of the day in or near the wallow, coating herself with several inches of mud.

Mud = happy elephants ?

    She is a true star, love her and Rana so much and enjoy hearing about their activities. Guida is looking down from ele heaven and watching over them.

    She looks even cuter with her mud mask as if that is possible. I can still see her fuzzy hairdo♡
