Later this week (Thursday) is Mara’s one-year anniversary at Elephant Sanctuary Brazil, and we wanted to do something special. This week only, we have partnered with FLOAT to offer a limited-edition anniversary shirt for Mara.

Mara’s twelve months at ESB have been quite the journey. We can’t believe it’s been one year since our first pandemic rescue and her extraordinary meeting with Rana. She’s had quite a health battle this past year. We are encouraged to see her eating better, putting on weight, and almost always surrounded by her best friends Rana and Bambi. There is much to be thankful for. 

This might be our favorite FLOAT design yet, and we think it really captures Mara’s spirit. We love that it features the word “Maravilhosa,” which is the Portuguese word for marvelous – and Mara is certainly marvelous in every way.

For those who aren’t familiar, we have partnered with FLOAT several times in the past. They produce high-quality, beautiful, limited-edition designs for us. Mara’s design will be available on shirts, hoodies, tanks, and more until next Sunday, May 16. Once the orders close, FLOAT will print and mail the shirts. They do ship internationally (including to Argentina and Brazil). We receive $8 from each item sold, so not only are you getting an awesome shirt, but you are helping our organization as well.
