Lady at Sunrise

It was early morning and caregiver Tina was walking on the hill that sits above the area where Lady was. Lady was grazing and looked incredibly peaceful and majestic in the glow of the first light. She seemed content and so very elephant, just grazing in the middle of a hillside of green. It was one of those magical moments where it’s impossible to imagine her having any other life than this. So as not to disturb Lady, Tina sat down at a distance and watched her for a few minutes, taking in the beauty of a moment that most captive elephants will never know, yet seemed so perfect. 

The area where Lady was grazing was cut at the perfect time, so it’s lovely and green, as are her favorite spots to explore; she’s an expert at finding places that are verdant and full of life. According to Tina, Lady was very much in her element and all seemed harmonious.

    Moments such as these must fill everyone’ souls! Lady, most especially, has found her serenity and feels the Love she has so longed for. I’m so happy for her and all the girls.

    I’m so happy lil 🐘Lady is still enjoying her wonderful life in jungle paradise💗 I’m still praying 🙏🏻she will get more desire to become closer to Mara. Bambi, Maia. Guillie. RANA has spent time near her, but NO touching and hugging. MZ LADY!
