For the next five Saturdays, we are going to give you some tips on things to look for if you need help identifying each elephant. Sometimes it can be hard for those of us who don’t live with the girls and see them every day to tell one from another, especially from certain angles.
Of course, this isn’t an exhaustive list of each individual’s unique features, but there are some helpful notes that you can use moving forward. This week, we take a look at the lovely Miss Maia and a few of the things that are special about her.

Maia is the easiest of the girls for me to ID-she looks more rounded to me, than the others 😁 Tips are welcome!

February 26, 2022 at 7:46 pmIn my little collection of downloaded photos, I especially see a ton of freckles on her trunk and that the long hair on her head is matted with mud and hay!

February 26, 2022 at 8:18 pmI love this idea! Thank you!
It’s the “sometimes” nature of the pink pigment that throws me off.
Looking forward to the rest of the girls’ giveaway details!
