It’s a Sanctuary Wishlist!

We will soon have the opportunity to have supplies from the US brought to the sanctuary on our behalf, so we wanted to share a mini wishlist with you since we know how much people appreciate being able to buy things directly for the elephants and other sanctuary residents. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1LYDKXA0N032M/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex

As we’ve talked about before, it can be difficult to source some of the supplies that we need for the elephants from Brazilian vendors. Because Elephant Sanctuary Brazil is remote and because of import taxes, it is nearly impossible to have items shipped directly to us from other countries. There are specific medicines that we utilize for elephant care and for other sanctuary residents that simply cannot be found in high quality – or at all – outside of the US.

In order to have time to play “luggage Tetris” for maximum capacity, all items will need to be delivered by February 14th.So if you are interested in shopping, please take a look at the listed items soon! There always seems to be excitement and an outpouring of support when it comes to buying products that people know bring health and comfort and we love being able to offer you the chance to take part in our very special mission in this special way. (This wishlist is smaller than those in the past – but don’t worry; there will be another opportunity to purchase items in about another six months if you miss this window!)

As always, thank you for your support and great turnout when we post wishlists. With each purchase, you are taking a step toward improving the lives of each elephant here at Elephant Sanctuary Brazil.

If you let me visit, I’ll bring a suitcase full of wishlist items! How long does one jar last? I imagine you need a case per elephant.

It depends on what the jar is of! But we use lots of all of our medical supplies.

I wanted to send an Amazon gift card, followed the link to your wish list and no option to purchase a gift card was on the list. How can I fix this?

There is an option for an e-gift card on the list. You’ll just need to click on “See all buying options” next to the item.
It’s located between the Senilife and Probios Probiotic Treats.

Hi Sara! I was happy to purchase some gift items and would have selected a few others, but not all were able to be shipped to the gift registry address on Amazon. I will back and check again tomorrow to see if anything changed for those items. Glad I was able to get at least a couple!! Thank you for letting us know about the list!! ❤️🐘❤️

Thank you, Sue! We had another supporter say the same thing. Hopefully the kinks will get worked out soon. Feel free to let me know if you’re having problems later on.

The Mega-Cell Vitamin & Mineral Support…wouldn’t ship to a gift registry address.

I THINK that sometimes people get similar error messages depending on where they live. But we have heard of this problem today and are trying to come up with a solution. If you try again later and have problems, please let me know.
