I think that all animals & humans Big & Small on January 1, are all battling a kind of celebration fatigue. For the lack of it or For the overload that 2020 brought to each of us, in one way or the other. Today, the first day of 2021, has at least for me, created a Brain Fog and a Slow Down, as the count of emails and texts continues to rise. Not terribly motivated by this day, but will stumble on and try to accomplish SOMETHING! If I only had a mud hole and warm sunshine . . . I would be a better person.
