First Morning on the Road with Pocha and Guillermina

Good early morning from somewhere in Argentina.

Mother and daughter, Pocha and Guillermina are doing well. Guillermina is very settled and an absolute rockstar. Both girls are eating and drinking a little- status quo for first-day travels, which is what we like.

Don’t forget, you can also follow along with the dot map or play catch up with some things you may have missed on their rescue page. More updates from the road to come and thanks for following along.

Like a child on their 1st field trip taking in all they see with wonder! After their long trip stepping onto sanctuary ground will feel amazing to all their senses. So many things to learn and adjust to but what a wonderful new life they will have once they do. Wishing safe travel for all.

Hi Scot and Kat I thought this wasn’t happening because it took so long, so glad I was wrong and apologies for the lack of faith. .It is difficult for an outsider to understand the length of time that burocracy takes. Have a safe journey and love to you and your team… Rosie xxx

It’s fine, believe me, there were times we were questioning if we could ever make it happen. It took a lot of people coming together, but thankfully, they are just days away from a life of sanctuary. ❤️ We also can’t share some things that occur, without risking the rescue all together, but we can only hope people have faith.

Happy Mother’s Day Pocha ❤️ What an amazing mother she’s been. Neither Pocha or Guille seem depressed from being in the concrete pit although of course may have issues, but their wonderful relationship seems to be everything to them. They’ll be back together and able to touch and be silly together again soon in the beautiful ESB ❤️🌱🐘🐘🌿They are so good and brave, everything is new and so different for them yet they take the journey in their stride.
