The caravan left the hotel at around 4/4:30 local time. A few hours later, Scott briefly had reception and checked in – there’s not much to report, but having “no news” is the best news of all! Lady is still due to arrive at the sanctuary on Friday and all is well.

Additional video from last night – end of Day 2
Things continue to go well. Lady is more relaxed and continuing to eat more. She is still feeling frustrated at times along the way, but overall is calm. She is resting well, and showing curiosity and interest in her surroundings. In the hotel tonight, they were able to get rooms that overlook the trailer, so, to everyone asking – yes, Scott is sleeping in a real bed tonight.
